Returns Policy

Carry Out Off Licence stores operate on an independant basis, meaning that each store is responsible for returns of goods bought from them.

Local Delivery Returns

All local deliveries must be inspected upon receipt from the delivery driver. If the order is unacceptable, it must be returned to the delivery driver who will then inform the store to issue a refund.

National Delivery Returns

Should your order be delivered incorrectly, damaged, or faulty please contact the store which you purchased the product from to arrange a return. The stores' information can be found on your order email, or alternatively, you can find your store listed here on our Store Locator.

Each Carry Out Off Licence store is responsible for all orders that are fulfilled from it on a local and National level. Where the store is unwilling to provide a refund or return, you can escalate your query to Carry Out Head Office by contacting us through the contact form located here
