Acceptable forms of identification
Garda Identification Card, Irish/International Passport, Public Services Card, Drivers Licence. All must be valid for normal use (in date)
Failure to Produce Identification
Failure to produce ID upon receipt of delivery will mean your order may be returned to the store and your money refunded.
Product Restrictions
Please note that some products are unavailable for NATIONWIDE delivery due to breakage. These products are indicated with the message "Not Available for NATIONWIDE delivery. Only Available for COLLECTION or LOCAL DELIVERY".
Should you order a product with this message for NATIONWIDE delivery, the store you purchased from will automatically refund you for that product and note it on your order receipt. Should you have any questions regarding your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with the store you purchased from directly.
Returns Policy: Local Delivery Returns
All local deliveries must be inspected upon receipt from the delivery driver. If the order is unacceptable, it must be returned to the delivery driver who will then inform the store to issue a refund.

Disclaimer: Please note that hampers are packed individually at store level, and the packaging is at the discretion of the store. For eCommerce orders, hampers are flat-packed in double-walled cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery. Hampers ordered for Click & Collect will require up to 7 days for preparation. Online availability for hampers ends on 13th December 2024, so be sure to place your order in time to avoid disappointment.
